Sandra Hale

Sandra has been in practice in the St George area since 1985. She has an extensive background in family law and mediation holding Specialist Accreditation in both areas. She is a regular presenter of seminars to the Profession and has a long standing history of service on various committees and panels including membership of the Family Law Issues Committee of the Law Society of NSW for 16 years, this Committee being responsible for advising the Council of the Law Society on family law developments and making submissions to government at both state and federal level.

She has been an examiner for the Specialist Accreditation Board operated by the Law Society NSW and for many years wrote the Family law material and taught the Law Society sponsored courses for secretarial staff

Sandra currently holds appointments as a part time judicial member of the Legal Services Division of the Administrative Decisions Tribunal, NSW, which is responsible for the disciplining of NSW Solicitors, she is also a Costs Assessor and a member of Costs Assessors' Rules Committee. She is a Past President and Life Member of the St George/Sutherland Regional Law Society and holds two community service awards.
